For all other trips, enter your pickup, destination and vehicle class in the booking form to see your quote immediately, fully itemized and with no charges added later. Whether a trip is priced to the destination or by the hour, you know what you will pay before you travel. Rates are the same for every vehicle class listed above, on any of the eight airports we serve.

The flat rate is the fare. Tolls are the only thing added to it, and they are itemized at cost in your quote before you book.
What a quote covers
No surge pricing, ever
Surge pricing is when a ride's price jumps with demand — during rush hour or bad weather — after you've already committed to the trip. We never charge surge prices: not in rush hour, not in a snowstorm, not on New Year's Eve or during UN General Assembly week. The price you're quoted is the price you pay, with no fuel surcharge added either, and no gratuity added automatically.
Get a quoteIf your trip falls during a seasonal period, the seasonal price is what you're quoted — it's shown in your price before you book, with nothing added afterward.
NYC (Manhattan) congestion charges are not passed on to customers.

Cancellation policyWeddings, events, and long-distance
Weddings, events and multi-vehicle bookings get a custom quote — tell us the date, vehicles and hours and we price it before you book. A 30% deposit is due at booking, with the balance paid when the trip is completed. Long-distance and out-of-metro trips are quoted the same way, through the booking form — put in your pickup and destination and the price comes back before you book.
